It was a challenging sale. A partially rebuilt home from the 2017 Tubbs Fire. He needed to seek out the "right" buyer and never gave up! Rick is willing to go the "extra mile" for his clients to negotiate a fair deal for all parties, we set a goal to selling within 6 months and made it!

After buying a selling several houses throughout my life, I now know how much customer service I was missing in my previous purchases, because they were not with an agent like Rick. I will use Rick again for our next sale or purchase due to the high level or customer service he provided and being there every step of the way. I don't think it can get any better.
